Lithograph, 1933, Ed of 35 or fewer, 11-3/4 x 13-3/4, margins slightly trimmed, lightly toned within mat opening, three small spots of discoloration in margins, away from image, signed, titled and dated '33 in pencil on warm white wove paper. One of Freeman's best dressing room theater scenes in a small edition; brimming with the lively interaction of lovely showgirls and attentive seamstresses, all as they change costumes, grab their props and "Make Ready" to rush onstage. There was recently an exhibition of Don Freeman's work at the Museum of the City of New York.
