Twilight, Drypoint, ca. 1930, ed. 20, 9 x 12-11/16, signed & extensively inscribed and notated in the margins in pencil by the artist, on cream wove simili japan paper, and with the artist's inky fingerprints. A large and tranquil Kent, Connecticut landscape by Nisbet. An old exhibition label from the American Federation of Arts noting the edition as 20 and the price as $30 accompanies this print along with a small note clipped from the original mount probably in the artist's hand stating "ed. is on different papers". This print by Nisbet is not commonly seen, and the marginalia by the artist are a nice touch..
